ICT Maturity Assessment and Strategic Development for Aegean Motorway SA (Greece)

This project deals with the development of an ICT Maturity Assessment and Strategic Development for Aegean Motorway from mid-April 2019 until mid-June 2019. Polinde performed a high level as-is analysis of Aegean Motorway’s ICT, in terms of infrastructure, applications, maintenance, resources and processes. A brief Maturity assessment was conducted and high-level recommendations were given to enable the organization to meet current and near future operational challenges in the following areas: ICT organization, ICT operational concept and ICT governance. A management assessment for the Network and storage systems was also performed. The analysis was based on COBIT methodology, modified to meet the time and extend criteria of the organization and assessed if the ICT department “is aligned with the business, enables the business and maximizes benefits, ICT resources are used properly and ICT risks are managed adequately”.
