Transport Study of Metamorfosi (Greece)

The scope of this study was the update of theTransport and Parking Study of the Municipality of Metamorfosi, which was first carried out between 2004 and 2006. More precisely this project consits of: a) Road network inventory for the municipality of Metamorfosi (road geometry, signage etc) b) Inventory data processing c) Proposals and measures for improvement of traffic circulation and vehicle parking as well as traffic movement of pedestrians and cyclists. The aim of the study is to optimise the operation of the Municipality of Metamorfosis road network, with specific proposals for traffic regulation, development of comfortable and safe pedestrian routes, as well as the hierarchy of interventions in the most economical and direct way possible.
